Every Vucceli piece is made to order, so there are two stages to the wait: the time we spend making it, and the time it spends travelling to you.

Making time

Your piece ships within 30 working days of order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Most pieces are ready well before that; the 30 working days is the outer limit we commit to.

Bespoke commissions designed to your own specification may need longer. Where that applies, we agree the timing with you before any work begins.

Delivery

• Within Lebanon — Aramex. Usually about three days once the piece has shipped.
• International — DHL. Usually about a week once the piece has shipped.

Every shipment is fully insured for its value. The box holds the ring, its IGI certificate and your receipt.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order is dispatched, so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping costs and customs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the value of the order.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Your address

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. Vucceli cannot be held liable for delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays outside our control

Customs clearance, weather and other external factors can occasionally delay a shipment. We will always help you chase it, but Vucceli is not responsible for delays of that kind.
