Exchange Conditions:

Time Frame: Exchanges are allowed within one year from the original purchase date.

Item Condition: The jewelry item being exchanged must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will make the item ineligible for exchange.

Gold Price Deviation: The exchange is subject to a maximum gold price deviation of 5%. The exchange value will be calculated based on the original purchase value and the prevailing gold price at the time of exchange. If the gold price deviation exceeds 5%, the customer will be responsible for the difference.

Higher Value Exchange: The item being exchanged for must have a higher value than the original purchase. The exchange value will be calculated at 70% of the original purchase value.
- Shipping Fee: The buyer is responsible for covering the two-way shipping fee associated with the exchange. The exchanged item will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment for the shipping fee.
Important Notes:
- Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
- The exchange policy is applicable once per original purchase.

Manufacturing Defects:
- We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects. If you believe your purchase has a defect in craftsmanship, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
- Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use or care.

- The jewelry must be in good condition, with no significant damage or missing elements. Items showing excessive wear, significant repairs, or modifications that alter the original design may not qualify for resale or may have adjusted value.

- Original receipts, certifications (if applicable), and any accompanying accessories such as boxes, or papers must be provided during the resale evaluation.

Inspection
- All items will undergo a thorough inspection by our team of experts to assess authenticity, condition, and market value before resale eligibility is confirmed.

Market Relevance
- The jewelry design must still be part of Vucceli’s current or classic collections. Items that are discontinued or custom designs may not be eligible for resale.

Timeframe
- Items must be at least 6 months old from the date of purchase to qualify for resale.
Process
- Visit our showroom or contact us.
- Ship or bring in your jewelry for a professional evaluation.
- Once approved, receive 60% of the original purchase value as store credit or cash, as per your preference.
Exclusions
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events.
- Custom or engraved jewelry.
- Jewelry with irreparable damage or missing parts.
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
